I was raised on a cattle and tobacco farm in Warren County, Kentucky, so I am no stranger to hard work. Farming kids are raised knowing that hard work is not a virtue, it is a vital part of farm life. After years of working for other well respected firms, I decided to use my work ethic to start my own firm.

The ethical rules governing attorneys require that we provide “competent” representation. I want to do more than provide competent representation. I want to provide exceptional representation. I want each client to recommend my services to a friend or an acquaintance in the future, without hesitation.

To achieve my goals, I have set the following NON-NEGOTIABLES:

Part of the reason I wanted to open my own firm was to control the number of cases I handle so that I can give each client the individual attention he/she deserves.

► I will keep you up-to-date on your case.

If you are my client and you have not spoken with me or received and email or letter in the past 30 days, I want you to call and hold my feet to the fire. Every client deserves to be kept up to date on what is going on with his/her case.

► I will be a straight shooter.

I love to call clients with good news, for example that a case has settled with a great outcome for the client. While I fight for the best outcome possible for my clients, sometimes I have to tell my clients things they do not want to hear. No matter what, I will give you my honest, professional opinion.
